Hi Andreus, So sorry that you felt that a 33.00 order qualifies for free shipping when the website and checkout page clearly both say FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER 200.00. That being said we also told you your order was ready for pick up on December 27th, 2024. You did not contact us until the afternoon of January 2, 2025 (6 days later) saying that you did not need it anymore as your tattoo healed. We still gladly informed you that we would refund your money via e-transfer (your original method of payment) and did so in a timely manner. There was a discrepancy with the name on your bank account and the name given to us but it did go through and we have proof of such.
